Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan is a partner and founding member of SGW Architecture & Design, an architecture, planning, and interior design firm since 1994. Mark has cultivated the two-person firm to now include more than 30 architects and design professionals. Since its creation, SGW has designed over 1,000 projects, including 5,000 residential units and millions of square feet of commercial space in Chicago and throughout the country.

As a licensed architect in Illinois and eight other states, Mark has designed mixed-use/multi-family residential, commercial/self-storage prototypes, and master planning of TND and TOD developments. He’s been awarded several accolades from his professional peers, such as The Association of Licensed Architects, Pre-cast Institute of America, and The Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicago. He has also been involved in numerous trade organizations, including the Chicago Homebuilders Association where he served as regional director.

Mark graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
He resides in Chicago and is an avid golfer.
