This committee works to grow the organization and recruit new members to the organization who bring a fresh perspective to the group.

The programming committee works to identify industry trends and relevant topics for monthly morning programming and networking meetings.

This committee is responsible for securing corporate industry partners that help support REIA on an annual and special events basis.

Special Events

Chair:  Jim Keledjian, Pathway to Living, LLC & Andy Niewiarowski, Park Inc.

This committee works with all other committees to help facilitate REIA’s social events and help promote networking opportunities.

This committee works with membership under age 35 to help identify individuals that distinguish themselves and are driven to be the top in their respective fields.

This committee is responsible for creating scholarships for undergraduate and graduate real estate students at universities, implementing scholarship criteria, reviewing applicants and choosing the recipients. 

Social Media

This committee utilizes social media to increase overall brand awareness, create consistent branding across membership groups and increase outreach to current members and prospects.
