REIA 2025 Graduate Scholarships
Celebrating the Next Generation of Real Estate Leaders
REIA is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 REIA Graduate Scholarships. Each year, we award scholarships to outstanding graduate students pursuing real estate–focused programs at our partner universities. These scholarships are designed to recognize academic excellence, professional promise, and a commitment to engaging with Chicago’s commercial real estate community.
This year’s winners each received $5,000 toward their graduate education, along with a complimentary one-year REIA membership to further support their growth, networking, and professional development. Honorable mentions also receive a complimentary membership for the year.

About the Scholarship
The REIA Graduate Scholarship program was created to support students completing industry-specific graduate programs while encouraging their active participation in REIA’s professional network. Through this program, REIA connects emerging talent with seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative community that advances both individual careers and the industry as a whole.
Eligibility & Academic Partners
Scholarships are open to graduate students enrolled in real estate programs at the following institutions:
• DePaul University – Kellstadt School of Business, Real Estate Program
• Roosevelt University – Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate
• University of Wisconsin-Madison – School of Business, Real Estate Program
• Northwestern University – Guthrie Center for Real Estate Research
Selection Process
Recipients are chosen based on academic achievement, professional experience, and a demonstrated commitment to engaging with REIA and the broader real estate community. Successful applicants show a strong interest in building their professional networks and contributing to REIA’s mission.
