Ginna Ryan - Mauge, Inc (Moderator)
Bio: As a Principal of Mauge, a Chicago-based creative agency in its 30th year, Ginna leads a team of branding experts known for precision and excellence in real estate and beyond. In many ways, she’s the foundation of Mauge’s success, building the relationships it takes to provide best-in-class services. When not at work, she enjoys spending time hiking, reading, and planning her next adventure!

Robin Ficke - Intersect Illinois
Bio: Robin Ficke is currently the Senior Vice President of Research at Intersect Illinois. Previously, she led research at World Business Chicago, where she founded the Research Center. She has helped lead research for the City of Chicago’s COVID Recovery Task Force and more recently, the Greater Chicagoland Economic Partnership. Prior to her work at World Business Chicago, Robin worked within Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s administration, leading policy and projects to address the needs of the city’s most vulnerable residents. Robin developed her policy expertise as a Presidential Management Fellow with the federal government, where she led a team working on regulatory and legislative reform.
Robin is a graduate from UIC Law School, and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. She lives in the South Loop with her life partner and son, and two senior dogs.

Michael Edwards - Chicago Loop Alliance
Bio: Michael M. Edwards is the President & CEO of Chicago Loop Alliance. Since joining Chicago Loop Alliance in 2012, President and CEO Michael M. Edwards—an economic development and place management expert—has been guiding efforts in promoting a high-performing urban experience by leading the community with inclusive programs and policies that attracts people and investment to the Loop. Edwards is a founding member (2018) of the Global Business District Innovation Club, Paris, France; a Senior Fellow of the Institute of Place Management, Manchester, UK; as well as a member of the International Downtown Association Board of Directors for 6 years.
He has executive experience leading the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, the Downtown Spokane Partnership and was formerly a Principal at The Saratoga Associates, an urban planning consulting firm. Edwards is a recognized expert in downtown management and frequently speaks internationally on key downtown opportunities and challenges.

Jeffrey Breaden -The Prime Group, Inc.
Bio: Jeff Breaden is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at The Prime Group, Inc., a leading Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm. The Prime Group is the one of the most active developers in downtown Chicago with signature projects including the current renovation of the James R. Thompson Center for Google’s office use, and completed historic office building adaptive re-use projects including The LaSalle Chicago Autograph Collection luxury hotel. At The Prime Group, Jeff focuses on capital markets transactions and asset management for Prime’s development and investment projects.
