2nd Annual Dirt to Dollar$ Developer Workshop

Please join our panel of experts as they present their ideas on turning “badlands” into “cash-in-hands.”  They will discuss how previously considered negative land features (wetlands, flood plains and open land requirements) can be used to enhance the value of your development by utilizing the services of intermediaries such as the Trust for Public Land. In addition, Prairie Crossings will be presented as an example of how these principles and techniques will improve your bottom line by achieving higher prices.

Moderator:  S. L. van der Zanden, Managing Partner, Newcastle Limited
Speakers:  Chris Slattery, Chicago Office Director, Trust for Public Land
Daniel J. Slattery, Advisory Board Member, Trust for Public Land

G. Benjamin Ranney, Director of Development, Prairie Holdings, Inc.
