Please join REIA and CAR for an in-depth review of a Case Study on the Melrose Park redevelopment: The Riverwood Senior Development. This Development involves the utilization of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) funds to clear a blighted area in Melrose Park and facilitate the development of three age restricted senior uses; a 126 condominium, a limited service independent living facility and assisted living development. Our panel will consist of the project developers who will review the details of their developments.
