Andrew Niewiarowski
President, Park Inc.

Andrew Niewiarowski is the President of Park Inc. He has been active in the real estate industry for over fifteen years. His area of specialization is in the ownership and management of multifamily apartment complexes, primarily in Chicago and southwest Florida; including Section 8 housing projects. Properties in which Andrew is a principal consistently receive exemplary ratings from their governmental partners.  Andrew was recognized by the Collier County Sheriff’s Department with a community benefit award for his service to the community. Andrew is a former President of the Lincoln Park Builder’s Club; an honorary society of builders, developers managers and principal involved in the field of real estate. He is also a member of the advisory board of Holy Trinity High School.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Andrew worked as a mechanical engineer. Andrew worked on a wide range of projects from postal equipment to gas sensors for the semiconductor industry.

Andrew is a native of the city of Chicago and his business is headquartered in Chicago.  He and his family reside in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood.
